How long will it takes for me to receive my graphics?

The time it takes to complete your project will depend on how much you need it done and depending on our current workload for any given time. Small packages are usually ready in 3 working days or less. Larger projects should not exceed 5 working days.

How can I get the products ?

Your completed files are sent to your email address in Zip file.  I will keep a copy for future reference and to possibly display on my site.

How can I be aware of the progress of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From there on, you will receive your first draft within the next 2-3 working days. Communication is via email, which is the most productive & efficient way.

Can I change the design if I am not satisfied ?

Yes, you can add some changes from the first draft. I will fix it until you satisfied. But if the design is final and you agree with that, you can't change it anymore.
